About me

👋 Hi!

I’ve been in tech for a quarter of a century, starting as an engineer and now specialising in leadership in SaaS product management. I’ve worked for global, fast-growing companies of all sizes, from small startups to household names like Xero.

I love this work today as much as I did when I first started out. I love the feeling you get when millions of people are using your software to run their businesses, and you’re genuinely improving their lives.

Over the past three years I've been introducing AI-assisted tools and workflows into product, design, and engineering teams, and am spending more time on the tools myself than ever.

Aside from consulting in product leadership and technology, I also advise startups 🚀 and sometimes find myself on weird side quests like writing for Cards Against Humanity.

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, outside of work you’ll most likely find me walking in nature with the family, keeping up to date with the latest technology or true crime podcasts, or playing tennis.
